Your quote stays yours
We only use your document for the requested review. No resale, no publication.
Documents are deleted
Quotes are automatically deleted after completion. We keep nothing longer than necessary.

Your data is processed within the EU, in accordance with GDPR.
Only your email address
We ask for nothing more than necessary: just your email and the quote you want reviewed.
What data do we process?
For a quote review we process your email address, the quote or document you upload, any notes you include, and payment details via our external payment provider. Quotes may also contain address details, company registration numbers or contact details of the supplier — we only use these for the review.
What do we not do with your data?
We do not sell your data. We do not use your quote for commercial resale, public publication or unsolicited marketing. Sensitive data that is not relevant to the review — such as national ID numbers, passport copies or full bank account numbers — is best removed or redacted beforehand.
How long do we keep data?
Quotes and attachments are automatically deleted after completion (within 90 days). Payment and invoice data is kept as long as required by law. Technical log data is kept for as short a period as possible.
